A short documentary about Generation Z

Frequently, discussions regarding Generation Z occur without the active participation of Gen Z members themselves. In this short documentary we follow five Gen Zers, who had previously participated in an SNF Dialogues webcast in 2021, filming themselves on their own devices and sharing their thoughts on the issues that concern them.
Dialoguers

In March 2021, during the Covid-19 pandemic, we held an online discussion with some members of Generation Z, in order to find out what issues concern them and what they wish the older generations knew about them. Two years later, we caught up with five of them to explore what it feels like to be on the cusp of adulthood. What are the characteristics of this generation? What has changed and what has remained the same after these two years? What are their priorities now and how do they envision their future? These are some of the questions that these young adults spoke about, helping us tap into the psyche of this promising and optimistic generation that is fighting for a better future despite the adversities.
