Georgia Zouni

Tourism Marketing Lecturer at the Tourism Studies Department of the University of Piraeus

Dr. Georgia Zouni is a lecturer of Tourism Marketing at the Tourism Studies Department of the University of Piraeus and several Master's Programs. Recently, she served as an Expert of the Council of Europe and the European Union for the Strategic Branding for Cultural Tourism in 8 Countries (2019). She is co-founder of OpenTourism, a network of people who love tourism and work toward the diffusion of tourism knowledge in Greece. OpenTourism, in cooperation with the University of Piraeus, have already carried out two surveys regarding the impact of Covid-19 on tourism in Greece, examining both tourists and travel companies.
