Nicolas Kayser-Bril

Nicolas is a journalist and a scholar. He pioneered new forms of journalism in France and in Europe and is one of the leading experts on data journalism. He regularly speaks at international conferences, teaches journalism in journalism schools and gives training sessions in newsrooms. Nicolas started researching the relationship between food, politics and colonialism in 2017 and published several essays on the topic. He will defend his PhD in Cultural Studies at the University of Regensburg in July 2025.
