Dr. George Zarkadakis leads Willis Towers Watson’s consulting practice in Great Britain on the Future of Work and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on business and society. He has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, media, marketing and communications; as well as in digital strategy and innovation as a founder, advisor, and investor in technology startups. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and is the author of “In Our Own Image: will Artificial Intelligence Save Us or Destroy Us?” (Rider Books). His new book "Cyber Republic: reinventing democracy in the age of intelligent machines" was published by MIT Press in September 2020. He has received a knighthood from the French President for his international contribution to science communication and education.

We must approach artificial intelligence as a multiplier of human productivity and intelligence. This is the great opportunity, which we must not be afraid of.
