Lina Rokou

Lina Rokou was born in Athens in 1979 and spent her school years in Corfu. She graduated from the Department of “Communication, Media and Culture” of Panteion University. She works as a journalist at popaganda.gr. In 2011 she participated in a seminar of creative writing of E.KE.BI led by Andreas Mitsou. In 2014 she won the 1st prize in a short stories competition held by literature.gr. Her first novel titled "Το τέλος της πείνας" came out in 2018 by the Ikaros Publishing House. She has also attended courses in theatrical performance and participated as a performer in the "Performance Biennial" at Green Park and in the "Fourth Handmade & Recycled Festival" at Technohoros Fabrica.
